DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AND GIVE REFUNDS?

I do not accept cancellation or give refunds. I will only consider to accept a cancellation and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. If an item has already been sent into production and/or shipped out I can not cancel or refund the or-der.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the personalized nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of dam-aged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I am not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Due to the high volume around Holiday time shipping delays are highly likely. Processing is the time it takes for me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing & pack-ing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped. All processing times are calculated using business days.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular or standard shipping. The range of de-livery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Al-so, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out-of-stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE

If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, you will need to contact your local post office for assistance. Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages or USPS issues and therefore can not refund an item that has been delivered.
