How old are your items?

All the items in my shop are at least 20 years old and most are quite a bit older than that. While in most cases, I cannot give an exact year a product was made, I believe I do fairly well coming within 5 years or so. I do a lot of research and come as close as I can.

Where do you source your items?

The majority of my items are purchased at estate sales. I am always so grateful for the foresight and (possible) frugality previous owners have had and how they have kept and cared for vintage and antique items for future generations to enjoy.

What's so special about vintage?

A LOT! Often times when we see an item that reminds us of halcyon days, there is a spark of memory that immediately connects us to a happy time, a gentler part of our youth that is always within us, just waiting to be awakened. Catching a glimpse of the past can ground us and give us a sense of gratefulness that can change an attitude in the present and maybe even the future! Vintage pieces can arouse sweet memories of going to grandma's house as a child or of the very first memory you have of a favorite stuffed animal. For all these reasons and so many more, vintage will always be pertinent, will always be special!
