Tell me about your shop and how you run it.

I'm a graphic designer, and I create images that are printed on shirts, mugs, totes, etc. I work with printing production partners who are responsible for printing and shipping the items. I only work with partners who have good ratings and who I trust to do a great job.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or if I received the wrong item?

Message me on Etsy. If it's damaged or the printing looks off, take 3-5 photos and send them to me through Etsy. Make sure they are clear and include at least one close-up. This helps me and my production partner determine the source of the problem. And if you prefer a refund, versus a do-over, I'll refund your money, including shipping. I never want my customers to feel cheated or tricked. I want you to love what you ordered!

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer gift wrapping. While my mugs aren't gift wrapped, they do come in a cardboard box filled with paper confetti, the mug inside a clear insert that is tied with a ribbon. I think their packaging is very festive! I can SOMETIMES include a gift message insert, but it depends on the item being ordered. You can include a gift message, with your order, and I'll message you on Etsy if it's not possible with that item. However, you can rest assured that whether you are ordering for yourself or shipping directly to a gift recipient, there should be no mention of the item cost.

Can you guarantee an arrival date?

No. On any order, you should assume the maximum production time, even if they are often shorter. And remember, these are business days and don't include holidays. When it comes to shipping, you may be able to choose a faster shipping times, but lately I've started to see more and more shipping alerts that delivery times may be affected by floods, storms, wildfires, etc. So there are too many variables outside my control (or anyone's control) to guarantee a specific date.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Sure! Just message me on Etsy to get the conversation started.

Can you put one of your shirt designs on a mug instead?

Probably. If you like a design on one type of product that I sell, but want it on another product, message me on Etsy. Usually, it shouldn't be a problem, but some designs that look great on a large shirt, don't translate as well on a smaller mug.
