The item was not shipped until a week and a half after the last day the item was supposed to arrive by. The item finally arrived two weeks after the estimated delivery date timeframe. At times, it was 24-48+ hours for the seller to respond to me. There was no transparency or accountability as to why there was a delay in the shipping. Once the item was shipped, the wrong tracking number was uploaded, which was discovered when the delivery was noted to be several states away. I repeatedly asked for a refund, upset with the delay in shipping/delivery. Eventually, I let the seller know I was going to open a case if I did not hear back from them. Etsy initiated a full refund. The pillows arrived pretty smushed/odd-looking, but given that they are pillows, I anticipate that will work itself out. The little boy they are for loves them.
