HOW ACCURATE ARE YOUR PRODUCT PHOTOS?

Please note that while we make every effort to photograph our items accurately and provide detailed descriptions, variations in color may occur due to differences in computer monitors and phone screens. These variations are not flaws or defects but are part of the online shopping experience. As a small handmade shop, we craft our jewelry in small batches with care and attention to detail. However, due to the nature of our business, certain materials may need to be substituted over time if the exact same supplies are unavailable. These adjustments reflect the uniqueness of the handmade process, and we include this disclaimer in our shop policies to ensure transparency. If you have any questions about the color, size, or details of an item

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

Some countries may charge customs fees, so, please contact your local customs office for more information. Possible custom import taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of customers.

HOW TO CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Preserve the beauty of your non-solid gold pieces by avoiding contact with liquids, perfumes, and lotions. While our designs withstand daily life, they are not solid gold. Keep your jewelry clean to prevent temporary darkening due to buildup. Wipe with a soft cloth after use, and always keep it dry for prolonged sparkle!

Potential Hazards for Jewelry

STRANGULATION RISK - Long necklaces or cords can become wrapped around the neck, posing a strangulation risk, especially for children or during accidental entanglement if not handled with care and attention. SHARP EDGES OR POINTS - Pendants, charms, or clasps with sharp edges or protruding parts may cause cuts or puncture injuries if not handled with care. CHOKING HAZARD - Small, detachable components (e.g., beads, charms) can pose choking hazards, especially for children under three years. Please note that bright, attractive designs may unintentionally appeal to children, leading to unsafe usage or interaction, therefore do not leave your jewelry in a place where children can reach it easily.
