What if my package is returned, lost, stolen, or arrives damaged during shipping?

Personalization USA is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please note that International Standard Mail does not include tracking once accepted by USPS. We value every customer and will do our best to assist if an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance at checkout to help protect your purchase. In the event of damage, we advise keeping all packaging and affected items until any claims are resolved. If a package is returned to us and was shipped to the address provided at checkout, the buyer will be responsible for coordinating with the shipping carrier and covering the cost of reshipment.

Where do I put my personalization requests for my order(s)

Simply enter your personalization details in the “Add your personalization” box during checkout, that’s where we’ll see your requests. Kindly avoid using the “Note to Seller” section, as it’s not monitored for customization details.

I’m hoping to receive my order earlier than the estimated timeframe listed.

Depending on the season and our current production schedule, we may be able to accommodate a custom rush order during off-peak times. A rush fee will apply to prioritize your order in our queue.

Is it possible to update my personalization details or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Our production timeline can move quickly, so we’re unable to offer cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make changes, please reach out as soon as possible, once an item has been engraved, adjustments can no longer be made.

What’s the most reliable way to get in touch with us?

For the quickest response, we communicate exclusively through Etsy messages, we like to remain transparent on the platform.

Am I able to submit my own logo or artwork for use?

Yes, we’re happy to use your logo or artwork as long as it’s submitted in an accepted file format. Please send us a message, and we’ll let you know which file types we can work with. By providing a logo or artwork, whether created by you or a third party, you confirm that you have the rights or authorization to use the image.

How Does Shipping & Delivery Work?

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimated based on the date you place your order. We batch‑process shipments, which means a label may be created before the package is physically handed off. Your invoice will always show the correct scheduled ship date for your specific order. Once the package is with the carrier, delivery timing, routing, and any delays are managed entirely by the carrier, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If your package appears delayed, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help check tracking and provide guidance.
