How do I Access my Purchased Files?

After your payment is confirmed, you can download your files directly from Etsy. When logged in on a computer, simply go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases to find your purchase, and press the "Download Files' button to the right of it. Please make sure you are using a computer to download - Etsy does not allow downloads using the app at this time.

Where Is My Custom Order?

Custom orders will not be automatically downloaded. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for me to create your designs. I will send a few design options through Etsy messages for you to review. Once a final design is chosen, I will email the final digital copies to you. If I have any questions or need more clarification I will reach out through Etsy messages.

Every listing includes 5 file ratios which can be sized up to fit up to 20 most common frame sizes. If you need a customized size or want a horizontal layout - please contact me and I will re-size your print and email you a custom file.

How Do I Print My File?

Once you save your files to your computer you can print it out instantly on your home printer, email (or take it on a USB drive) to your local print shop or order a print online using any online printing company.

Home Printing - What Paper Should I Use?

The heavier the paper the better. Standard printer paper is around 80gsm - I would highly recommend using at least 160gsm paper. There are different finishes too such as matte and gloss - that just depends on personal preference.

Do You Do Custom Orders?

Yes! Please send me a message with your idea and I will get back to you if its possible. OR Select one of the designs from Personalized & Custom section of my shop. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for all custom prints to be created.

Why can't I find my files?

The most common reason you are unable to view/download your files is if you purchased using the Etsy app on a mobile device. Etsy does not allow downloads using the app at this time so you must log-in to your Etsy account on a computer or use a web browser on your phone (such as google, bing etc) When logged in, simply go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases to find your purchase, and press the "Download Files' button to the right of it.
