When will my order be delivered?

The embroidery design is expeditiously sent within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. - For orders within the continental US, shipping takes 7-10 business days. International orders typically take 7-14 days, depending on the destination. - Customers can inquire about expedited shipping options within the US. Expedited delivery is not available for international orders.

Can I change the shipping address after i’ve completed payment or confirmed the embroidery?

Yes, we encourage you to contact us via message within 24 hours of placing your order. - However, once the order has been assigned a tracking number for dispatch, we apologize but we will not be able to accommodate any changes to the delivery address.

Custom and personalized orders

To initiate a complaint, please message us with the following details: Your order number. Photos or videos showing the defect. For printing errors, include detailed photographs of the error. For sizing issues, include photos with a measuring tape or ruler for scale. If items are missing, provide images of the received item with the detailed shipping label. For a malfunctioning item, a clear video demonstrating the issue is required. Our support team will review your claim. Eligible cases will result in a replacement at no extra cost or, if a replacement isn't feasible, a full refund, including shipping costs.

Custom and personalized orders

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for customer errors, including: Incorrect size, design, color selection, etc. Incorrect address leading to lost orders. Change of mind. Damage caused by the customer. Failure to review the design or provide personalization details. Please review your order carefully before checkout. Refusing delivery or unauthorized returns do not guarantee a refund
