How do I track my order?

If you selected Royal Mail 2nd Class, you will not receive a tracking number as this is an untracked service. If you need your order with tracking, please upgrade to a tracked delivery option at checkout. As of 9/2/26 keychain and metal bookmark orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail International Tracked (International Orders) at checkout. With this option, you’ll get a tracking number in your dispatch email, which you can use to follow your order’s journey.

In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please get in touch with us so we can look into it for you. Please note that during busy shopping periods, delivery times may take longer than usual. We recommend to double-check that the shipping address you provided at checkout is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to address errors. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

How do I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations. Each item is handmade and made to order, so once your order has been placed, we immediately begin preparing it just for you. For this reason, we kindly ask that you double-check all details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

Do you accept returns?

All of our items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not damaged. We take great care in creating each piece, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue for you!

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us promptly to be approved for a replacement. Please note that non-damaged items or items that appear intentionally tampered with are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

I have an issue with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to message us. We’ll be happy to assist you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Do you sell to Ireland or Europe?

Due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are currently unable to ship to Ireland and Europe. As a small business, we do not currently have the resources to meet these new compliance requirements. If an order is placed from these regions, we will unfortunately have to cancel it. We truly hope that in the future we’ll be able to offer our products to customers in Ireland and across Europe.

For added peace of mind, we recommend upgrading to the Royal Mail International Tracked shipping option, which provides full tracking so you can follow your order. US Orders: All shipments to the United States include Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so you won’t need to worry about extra customs fees or import taxes. Please note that international delivery may take longer than the estimated times due to busy shopping periods, customs processing or postal delays in your country.

Why was my order cancelled?

In the unfortunate event that your order is cancelled, it is most likely due to either lack of clarification on customisation on your made to order item/s, incomplete or invalid shipping information or a missing full name. A full name is required for all international shipments. We always attempt to contact customers to obtain any missing details before proceeding with a cancellation. If we do not receive the necessary information, we are unable to complete the shipment and must cancel your order.
