One dozen or half dozen personalized Easter bunny cookies. These handmade sugar cookies would make a great addition to any Easter celebration or a delicious treat for work, school, your family, or yourself! Perfect to include in the family’s Easter baskets or use as place cards at your Easter brunch and guaranteed to impress!

Each Half Dozen quantity (1) contains 6 personalized bunny head cookies.

Each One Dozen quantity (1) contains 12 personalized bunny head cookies.

Designs as pictured unless otherwise stated.

Each cookie measures approximately 3 1/2 inches.

Cookies are freshly baked and hand-decorated with a sweet, vanilla royal icing on a soft sugar cookie to achieve optimal designs in a smooth, hard finish.

Each cookie is individually heat sealed in a clear cellophane bag to maintain freshness.

We can do a mixture of different designed cookies and different quantities. Please send us a conversation if you would like to place a special order!

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

For completely custom orders, please send us a direct message to discuss the specifics of your desired designs. If there is a cookie design or theme you are interested in, we will work with you to make your custom cookies exactly what you need to make your special event even more memorable!

After receiving your custom quote, it will be your responsibility to confirm you’d like to place your order no less than 3 weeks prior to the date of your event. Upon confirmation, I will send you a custom listing with the details of your order. Payment is due by the date stated when your custom listing is sent and if payment is not received by the date mentioned, your custom order listing may be deactivated or a rush fee may be added to the overall cost. Feel free to reach out to us or Etsy support if you are having difficulty processing the payment.

PRICING
Standard sized custom cookies begin at $45/dozen and miniature custom cookies start at $30/dozen. Prices increase from the base prices based on intricacy and number of designs, size of cookies, number of colors, airbrushing, script/lettering, metallic colors, etc.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are pre-tax and do not include the cost of shipping or delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT DUE
Payment is due in full at the same time the order is placed. Once the quoted price for your order is accepted, the total order amount is required to source any required cutters, sprinkles, or packaging.
Payments may be made using cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, PayPal, or Klarma.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by cost of ingredients, and this means we can’t always honor old pricing. This does not apply to any current orders you've already accepted a quote for or have already received.

BULK ORDERS AND DISCOUNTS
Due to the custom nature of our work, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. We do not offer bulk, wholesale, or quantity discounts. If you have a specific budget you are working within, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer a solution that fits your budget.

ORDER MINIMUM
We require a minimum order of one dozen for all custom orders and then must be ordered by the half dozen thereafter (ex 12, 18, 24, etc). Flavors must be ordered by the dozen. This does not apply to existing listings with the option to purchase as a half dozen.
For character cookies, there is a minimum of 3 cookies per character.

AVAILABILITY
We are typically booked 3-4 weeks in advance, but availability may vary depending on the time of year. Please message for availability before placing your order. When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that our calendar books up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your order; dates are only reserved when your order has been paid in full.
Please note that all custom cookie orders for a December receipt date must be placed by November 1.

EXPEDITED ORDERS
Although we cannot accommodate all last minute orders, we will make our best effort to do so. Please message prior to purchasing to ensure that your order can be fulfilled in the required time. A $10 overtime rate will be applied to all orders placed 10 days or less from the requested receive date.

INSPIRATION PHOTOS
Please note that if you send an inspiration photo, we will use only that image as inspiration. However since all cookie artists have a unique style and way of decorating, your cookies may not be a perfect replica.

COPYRIGHTED IMAGES
Copyrighted and trademarked images are protected and we are unable to replicate them as baked goods. However we can design an order with a similar color palette or non-copyrighted representations of the desired theme. Please message us for more information on custom orders.

ICING COLORS
We make every effort to match colors as best as possible, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of our control including but not limited to photography lighting, screens, resolution, and edits. Since all icings are mixed by hand, we are unable to guarantee that colors will match exactly. By placing an order, you agree that color shades may vary from inspiration photos, invitations, or advertised photos.

ORDER CHANGES
All order changes including but not limited to cookie designs, colors, quantities, and event dates must be made no less than 10 days prior to the receive date requested. Although we will make every effort to accommodate your request, all changes will be under consideration and may be subject to additional fees. Once an order has been started, changes can no longer be made.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please contact us immediately. While we understand emergencies can occur, preparation for your cookies begins 5 days prior to shipping. A full refund can be given if the order is canceled or rescheduled at least 10 days before the requested order receipt date. Once your order has been started, orders cannot be canceled or rescheduled and refunds cannot be given. However cookies can be frozen until your rescheduled date or for up to 3 months.
In the rare event the seller cannot fulfill the order due to illness or an emergency, a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide to Etsy upon check-out. Kindly make sure this address is correct before checking out as the shipping label is printed directly from the information you provide. If the incorrect shipping address was entered, you may be required to repurchase with the correct shipping address.

PACKAGING
All cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed in clear cellophane bags to ensure maximum freshness, which keeps them fresh for up to two weeks after the date of shipment when left sealed and stored in a cool, dry location at room temperature. All orders are packed by the dozen in bakery boxes for easy transport.
At this time, adding twine or ribbon to individual cookies is not a service that we offer. However for an additional charge during checkout ($1) the entire bakery box can be gift wrapped with bakery twine and a small handwritten gift tag.

SHIPPING
All orders are packed as thoroughly as possible to minimize any breakage. Each cookie is individually bubble wrapped, placed into a box wrapped with bubble wrap and surrounded by packing paper for extra protection. Although we take extreme care when packaging and shipping your order, we do not have control over the package once it has been delivered to the post office. The Cookie Connection is not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during transit. This includes but is not limited to broken cookies, damaged designs, lost or stolen packages, delays due to inclement weather, and/or heat damage, and refunds will not be given if any of these occur. Claims for lost, delayed, or damaged packages can be filed directly with the carrier.

Orders are made and shipped according to the requested receive date. To ensure that cookies arrive as fresh as possible, all orders are shipped 5-7 days before the requested receipt date. Orders upgraded with express shipping will ship 3-4 days prior to the requested receive date. To account for any shipping delays that may occur, we recommend requesting a receive date 2-3 days before your order is needed. If no requested receive date is provided, your order will ship to arrive within the estimated delivery dates provided by Etsy. All orders are shipped via standard USPS 2-4 Day Priority Mail or FedEx 1-5 Day Home Delivery depending on package size and/or delivery location. Orders upgraded with express shipping are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express Shipping.

Although we try our best to have all orders delivered by the date needed, there is no guarantee of delivery by the date specified - only a ship by date - and refunds will not be given for shipping delays. The only way to guarantee you receive your order by a certain date is to upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout for an additional cost.

LOCAL PICK UP
Local pickups can be done at a public location within the city limits of Champaign, IL for a standard $5 fee in lieu of a shipping cost. Location, date, and time will be set at the same time your order is placed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to leave the designated pickup location and you will be responsible for requesting another pickup time for an additional cost. After 5 days from the designated pickup date, your order will be disposed of at our discretion and no refund or credit can be given.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery can be provided if you live within 25 miles of Champaign, IL. A delivery fee of $1/mile will be applied in lieu of a shipping cost, and local delivery must be requested at the same time your order is placed. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, and delivery date and time must be determined at the same time the order is placed. The recipient must be available to receive the order in person at the time agreed upon. In the case that no one is available to receive the order, your order will be left in the most appropriate nearby location and a proof of delivery photograph will be sent to the buyer. No refunds or credits will be given for damaged or stolen orders.

PREVIEW PHOTOS
Please note that we do not provide photographic previews of the finished products before delivery. We believe in the element of surprise and want you to experience the joy of seeing your cookies for the first time in person.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
Seller reserves the right to take photographs of any products purchased and use them for marketing or promotional purposes without providing compensation to the buyer. If you do not want your cookies to be photographed, please let us know at the time of placing your order.

COOKIE CARE
Upon receipt of your order you will be provided with written instructions on how to properly handle and store your cookies. For best results, keep cookies in their heat sealed bags or in an airtight container in a cool, dry location at room temperature until your event. Cookies remain fresh when sealed for up to two weeks after the date of shipment. For long term storage, sealed cookies can be placed in an airtight container and frozen for up to 3 months.
Do not refrigerate or microwave cookies as this may ruin the texture and/or designs.
Do not allow cookies to sit in direct heat or sunlight for an extended period of time.
If traveling with your order, please clear a flat surface in your vehicle away from windows or direct light to set the box(es). We recommend placing your order on the floor of your vehicle in the case you must stop abruptly. If traveling in warm weather, please be sure the car is fully air conditioned for the duration of your travel.

COTTAGE FOOD LAW
We are a home based business that operates under Illinois Cottage Food Law. Customer understands that these products are baked in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection. However we can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean, sanitary conditions.

ALLERGIES
All of our products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain known food allergies such as but not limited to: Milk, Soy, Gluten, Almond, Wheat, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Sesame, and Eggs. There is no guarantee that food is safe from cross contamination with these common allergens and the customer cannot hold the seller liable for any allergic reactions that may occur. Although we are as diligent as possible when it comes to the safety and sanitation of our products, if there is a severe allergy present we suggest forgoing our products to ensure your health.

DISCLAIMER
With the consumption of any food product there are inherent risks. Although unlikely, choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possible, and the customer cannot hold the seller liable for any that may occur.
