Personalisation:

There is an option to include an inside message. Please choose from the three options in the dropdown box as follows:

No message - the card will remain blank inside and will be sent back to you.
Yes - send to me - the card will include your message inside and will be sent back to you.
or
Yes - send direct - the card will include your message inside and will be sent directly to the recipient. For this option, please ensure the shipping address is that of the recipient's at the time of ordering.

If you choose YES, please then leave the message you would like in the personalisation box. Please ensure you check all spelling and grammar as we cannot be held responsible for any errors or typos made on your part. Please note that emojis will not be included in the message.

If you purchase the inside message option but do not leave a message, the card will remain blank inside. Please contact us to obtain a refund on the overpayment of this service as it will not automatically be refunded.

Processing times:

We always aim to process orders as soon as possible, however, in peak times such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc., this can take anything between 1 – 3 working days.

Delivery estimates:

All orders are now shipped via Royal Mail within the processing times given upon ordering. Please be aware that, if you do not purchase a tracked delivery service, we are unable to guarantee a specific date for delivery.
The estimates given by Etsy at the time of ordering are NOT guaranteed dates and, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.
There is an option upon checkout to upgrade to Special Delivery, which Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch. PLEASE NOTE: the processing times (as above) will remain the same.

Packaging:

For all orders comprising multiple cards, please note they will all be shipped together in one postal package to the shipping address provided. If you would like individual cards to be sent to separate addresses, these will have to be ordered separately to include the recipient’s shipping address.

The cards themselves will be supplied with their own envelopes. We do not use cello bags. All orders will be posted out in a board backed envelope or postal box (depending upon the size of the order), unless sent direct to the recipient, in which case the card will be inside its envelope.

Returns:

If an item has been personalised, this is non-returnable.

If the item has not been personalised and you have simply changed your mind and no longer require it, please contact us in the first instance, within 7 days of receipt, to request the return.
This item can then be returned to us at a cost to you (buyer pays the returns postage). Please ensure you receive proof of postage from the Post Office prior to returning the item and, once we have received it back in the original condition, we will issue a full refund, which will include the original postage (excluding the returns postage).
