When will I receive my order?

We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. This means orders should be delivered within the 2 to 3 days USPS requires once shipped. HOLIDAY SEASON DELAYS ARE EXPECTED. **We also message you with the estimated shipping date. This date may or may not be different than the date on the order receipt. All items are personalized and do take time. Apparel takes longer than tote orders. Please be aware of your ship date on your order and watch for our message to keep you updated. Turn around times vary from day to day and week to week. We ask that you be courteous and patient knowing that we are working on your customized order and this takes time.

Do you accept Rush Orders

Yes we can. Depending on the time of year. Normally we do not during the Holiday Rush.

Do we get a proof/preview of our personalization before it is shipped?

Yes. Once we receive your order we send you a message with the ship date and the personalization preview of the requested design. Depending on how busy we are this preview of your design may take 24 to 48 hours. Allow for longer times during the holidays. Message us with any questions ro concerns. Previews of tote designs are on a white background. (*not a mock-up on the tote) Previews of Apparel are 'mock-ups'. Which means the design will be on the apparel that was ordered.

What is a Design Preview/Proof

A design preview/proof is a picture of the design requested. We send these in a message through the Etsy messaging once we receive your order. The design preview will need to be confirmed prior to shipping. Please watch your Etsy messaging often. You can turn on your Etsy Messaging on mobile devices for notification. Delaying the confirmation on the design preview will delay the order from shipping on time.

If I order a Set do I have to have the same design on all items

No. You can request a different design for each item. However, each listing has a set stitch count. If you exceed that stitch count we let you know and work with you to adjust your personalization or send you a invoice for the extra stitching.

Where do I leave my personalization details? (ie; name, thread color, etc)

*There is a PERSONALIZATION' box on each listing where you leave us your choice of design, font, thread color(s) and name/credentials. *Each listing has a 'Embroidery Design Chart' that you work from to make these choices. At the top of this *chart are sample designs to help your creativity. *Please enter in the personalization box your choices: Name/Credentials, Symbol Choice, thread colors, etc. *Once we receive your order we will send you a message with a preview of your requested designs and ship date. Please check your Etsy messaging often. **Apparel listings will be different than TOTE listings for customization. Please read the listings carefully as some may only require a name and credentials. **You can aways send us a message.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once USPS takes possession of the package (*scans it into their system at the time of pick-up from our shop) it is the responsibility of USPS to deliver it on time and to the correct address. If there are issues with the delivery DO NOT CONTACT US you will need to contact your local post office. TRACKING OF YOUR PACKAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY GO TO THE EMAIL THAT IS ON THE ETSY ACCOUNT ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED. *We can not change the email on your account. The tracking number to the package will be in the email.

We do not accept cancellations on Apparel orders after 24 hours from the date the order was placed. No exceptions. If requesting a cancellation on a Tote order after the 24 hour cancellation window has closed, there is a $15.00 restocking/design preview fee that will be deducted from the total of the order. No exceptions. Deadline to request cancellation of order: 24 hours ABANDONED ORDERS: After 30 days from the date the order was placed, the refund request window is closed. After 90 days the order is considered abandoned and is null and void with no refund. No exceptions.

Reporting Damaged Item delivered

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. There is a 24 hour window to report an issue. Please include photos of the item. After the 24 hour window we can not be responsible for any issues. No exceptions.
