Yes! We send you a digital proof within 1-3 business days so you can approve the portrait before it’s printed :-)

What type of photo works best for my portrait?

We recommend clear, well-lit photos taken at your pet’s eye level — no harsh shadows, and details visible. If you’re unsure, send us up to 3 photos and we’ll help you choose the best one!

Can I request changes to the preview?

Absolutely! We want you to love your portrait — we include ulimited tweaks to your art at no extra cost.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard processing time is 5 business days after proof approval. Shipping times vary by location: U.S. & Canada: 3-7 business days International: 8-14 business days

What do I do if my item has a... printing errors/lost in transit/mis-delivered, or you're simply not happy with it?
