This item is shipped on an organza bag from Greece via Hellenic Post (ELTA) as "Registered Airmail" which provides you with a tracking number. I send you the tracking number and you can track your item at www.elta.gr. (There is an English version). Please note that a tracking number minimizes the possibility of item loss.
Items are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope to your ETSY ADDRESS unless you message me otherwise in an organza gift bag. Before placing an order please check your country's duty policies because any duty or custom fees that may apply on the items are at your expense.
I ship within 1-3 business days, Europe 3-6 business days, all other countries 7-20 days depending on the season, weather, etc.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple return it within 30 days from the date you received it, for a return or an exchange.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and items must come back in it's original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any returned item unless the return is a result of my mistake.
