What sizes do your mats come in?

Our standard mat size is 31.5" x 31.5". We also carry a small selection of 21" travel mats. Additional sizes are available upon request — just send us a message! 21" mat — $65.00 33" mat — $85.00

We currently ship all items to US addresses. Mahjong mats can also be shipped to Canada addresses, but may incur additional import fees/taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.

How long will my order take?

Do you accept returns?

Mahjong mats may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please message us to initiate a return. Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

What are the mats made of?

Our mats are made of durable polyester with a smooth, soft surface that reduces noise and keeps tiles in place during play. Each mat is 3mm thick and comes with a storage bag.

What is the printing process?

Our mats are printed using a heat transfer sublimation process. Due to the nature of this technique, slight pattern variation at narrow edges and minor color or size differences between batches may occur — this is normal and not a defect. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Can I customize my bag?

Our standard bag monogram is 2 initials by default. If you'd prefer changes, such as a bag without initials or only 1 initial, just send us a message and we'll be happy to accommodate!
