Once purchased we can not offer any support for downloading your items in CANVA. If you are experiencing issues with Canva website you will need to contact the Canva technical support team for assistance. If you need help with Etsy or accessing the link to your files, I can assist you.

1. Type YES in the personalisation box to agree to the terms of using the file. You can find this located above the personalisation box.
2. Add items to your Etsy cart & check out ( DO NOT CHECK OUT AS A GUEST, PLEASE USE A CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS).
3. Check your email for a PDF containing your download link(s). On Etsy, you can find this under "Purchases and Reviews," but you must be on a computer. Currently Etsy does not make downloads accessible using the app.
4. Click the link in your download, create a free Canva account (or log in) and start editing your template. You can come back anytime to re-edit.
5. Once you're done, download and print it yourself, print through Canva, or have it printed professionally.

After completing your design, click on the “Download” button in the top-right corner of Canva. Choose the desired file format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) based on how you plan to share it.
- 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗩𝗜𝗔 𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗟 – After downloading your file, open your email application, create a new message, and attach the design file. Enter the recipient's email address and send it as you would with any regular email attachment.
- 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗩𝗜𝗔 𝗧𝗘𝗫𝗧 𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 – If you want to send the design through text or on social media, simply save the file to your phone and attach it to a text message or upload it directly to your platform of choice.
