If there is an issue with your order (misprinted/damaged/defective items), you must contact us within 3 weeks of receiving your order. If your item(s) were lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims should be submitted with clear photographs displaying the issues the recipient describes. Orders containing fault from our behalf will be covered at our expense. Please contact us with any concerns about your order!

Order Lost In Transit

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, you must contact us within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Orders may be considered lost after spending over 10 full business days in transit (35 days for international orders). If we are able to deem your order lost in transit we will replace your order free of charge. Just reach out! - If this situation arises please reach out to us ASAP so we can arrive on a solution together.

My package was marked as "Delivered" by the courier's tracking but I can't find the pacakge:

If the courier marks the package as "delivered" but the recipient cannot find the delivered item, we will be happy to look into this from our end, but it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the local delivery service (the local post) to try and locate the package. If this situation arises please reach out to us ASAP so we can arrive on a solution together.

If you need to request a change or an order cancellation please do so ASAP. We do not accept order cancellations or modifications except under certain circumstances. The sooner the request is made the higher the likelihood of the request being accepted. As stated above, we cannot guarantee that the order changes/cancellation can be processed, and reserve the right to refuse any requests of the sort. Some orders are shipped out in a matter of hours after they are submitted, however, if at all possible we will accommodate your needs.
