🧼 Care & Cleaning
Because our cushions are permanently tufted to keep their shape, they do not have a removable cover. Please follow these care instructions:

Smaller cushions: Can be machine washed at 30°C (86°F) with a mild detergent.

Large floor cushions: Due to their size and weight, we recommend professional dry cleaning or a professional upholstery cleaning service (similar to how you would clean a sofa or an armchair).

⭕COLOR - We try our best to show the colors. The actual fabric color may be slightly different from the one you see on the monitor. We do not take responsibility for the difference in shades. If you would like to match the color to your interior - ORDER SAMPLES.

⭕RETURNS - We sew the pillows & pillowcases to your order (color, type of fabric, size). It is a personalized product, therefore we do not accept returns. Please consider shopping carefully.

⭕CUSTOMS & TAXES - attention for for buyers in the USA, Canada, UK, and outside the EU
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

⭕ HANDMADE - The product is sewn by hand, so the final dimensions may differ slightly from the assumed dimensions. Dimensions are given from seam to seam.
The difference may be(±5%)

⭕The cushion is shipped in a vacuum bag for transportation. This reduces the volume of the cushion by 75%. After receiving the package, open the bag and the cushion will return to its normal appearance. The material may wrinkle during transport, which is not a reason for complaint. The fabric will return to its normal appearance over time.
