For digital files, due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. Physical items are produced for each order and most require customization, therefore no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us for further assistance.

Can I customize the digital products?

Some items in my shop are customizable with Corjl, and I include an instructional booklet with the order. The main image will show the Corjl symbol, and will be listed in the photos and description. You can also demo the product. Corjl is also super easy to use, and you don't need an account. Simply edit in your browser, download and print. I am also available to help you with anything you need. If you see something that is not customizable, please reach out. I am happy to create something suitable!

How do the Corjl templates work?

Access your template just after purchase with Corjl.com. 1. You will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access your template. 2. Make your changes to the template, save your work, and download. 3. Print anywhere.

What can be edited in the templates?

I provide multiple pages within the template, so changes depend on your skill level. PAGE 1: FROZEN TEXT - edit text (wording, font, font size and font color) -edit background where the option is available (depending on the graphic used) -all text boxes can be deleted if not wanted PAGE 2: UNFROZEN TEXT - everything is the same as page 1 with some added benefits, for more control over your design - text boxes can be moved and resized - add new text boxes depending on the design - add your own images depending on the design Most artwork is locked and cannot be moved or resized. The size and orientation of the document is also locked, however, most templates are provided in multiple sizes.

Can I try the template before purchasing?

Yes! A demo link is provided within the description of the product, simply copy and paste into your browser. Where can I print my digital product?

DOWNLOAD OPTIONS: • PDF - For home, copy center, or professional printing. Within a template, choose "fit multiples per page" depending on the size • JPG - Photo lab, copy center, or professional printing. Select the "show bleed" option when printing professionally. PRINTING OPTIONS: • Order prints through Corjl, or upload to another provider such as VistaPrint • Print at home • Copy center such as Staples, FedEx, etc. • Photo lab such as Costco, London Drugs, or Walmart

Do you offer customizations?
