How do I download my files?

After checkout, Etsy provides your download files right in your account. For the smoothest experience, please use a web browser (not the Etsy mobile app): Etsy.com → Your account → Purchases and reviews → Download files Or go directly: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Etsy will also email you a receipt. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk, Promotions, Social, or Trash folders.

How do I access my digital download if I do not have an Etsy account?

If you purchased as a guest (without an Etsy account), Etsy sends your download link in the receipt email right after your purchase. If you can’t find it, please check your Spam/Junk, Promotions, Social, or Trash folders. Tip: adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book/safe sender list can help Etsy emails land in your inbox next time. Still having trouble? Message me on Etsy and I’ll help you locate your download.

I used Apple Pay/“Sign in with Apple” — where is my download?

If you checked out using Apple Pay or Sign in with Apple, Etsy may have sent the receipt to Apple’s “Hide My Email” address (a randomly generated email). The best way to access your files is still through your Etsy account (web browser recommended): www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you’re still having trouble, message me through Etsy and I’ll help you locate your order. Etsy Support can also assist with purchases made using Apple ID.

Why isn’t the download button working / why can’t I open my files?

Most download issues are caused by the device/app used rather than the files themselves. Try these quick fixes: - Download using a web browser (Safari/Chrome) instead of the Etsy app - Try a different browser/device (desktop usually works best) - Make sure the file fully finishes downloading (stable Wi-Fi helps) If you’re opening a PDF, avoid “preview mode” viewers — use a browser or Adobe Acrobat Reader If none of this works, message me on Etsy with a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I’ll help right away.

Can I print bigger than 2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 5x7 (ISO) or 11x14?

Yes! These are simply the base ratios included with your purchase. Each ratio supports multiple sizes — including large poster formats — while keeping the artwork looking crisp. Where can I find the frames shown in your photos?

The frames shown in listing photos are digital mockups used for styling inspiration. No physical frame is included. To find similar frames, search keywords like “wooden frame” on Etsy, Ikea, or your favorite home decor stores.

Do you offer custom prints?

I can often accommodate size, orientation, and/or color adjustments for many designs. If your request is possible, I’ll let you know what options are available. At this time, I don’t offer custom text or brand-new custom designs.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because these are digital downloads, I’m not able to offer returns or refunds after purchase. Having said that, if you run into any issue with your files (wrong file, download trouble, etc.), please message me through Etsy — I’ll happily help and make sure you get what you need.

Is your art for commercial use?
