Can I make a return on an opened and used product?

It is always best to try sample sizes before purchasing full size products, as we do not accept returns on personal care products that have been opened and used. Our policy gives our customers confidence in buying with us knowing that we ship only NEW and UNUSED products to them.

We do not recommend aroma molecules or essential oil perfumes for pregnant women. Do not use perfume on any skin irritations or open wounds. Perfumes are not for use by children. Always a good idea to patch test fragrances!

Our artwork has been created with royalty free images or purchased for our own commercial use. We use photoshop, illustrator and other graphic programs for our shop presentation.

What perfume is right for me? How do I find it?

At Curious Apothecary, we believe that experiencing a fragrance firsthand is essential. While descriptions can capture a scent’s essence, only a sample can define the scent in true life. Each perfumer brings their own unique interpretation, and individual perceptions shape how a fragrance is imagined. There are thousands of perfumes each different of the same scent like rose. That’s why we always recommend sampling our niche and curious creations. We cannot guarantee that a fragrance will match what you “imagine” a perfume should smell like if you do not try a sample first. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
