- each of my horses have different shape of face markings (I come up with the shape while making the horse)
- suitable for users aged 3+

Reviews for this item
The hobby horse is very beautiful and well-made, exactly as described. However, I am dropping some stars due to a major custom duties issue. I was double-charged for VAT/customs—once directly on Etsy when purchasing, and a second time upon arrival in Norway by the local delivery service. Sellers need to ensure that Etsy is IOSS number is correctly and physically displayed on the shipping label to prevent international buyers from being double-taxed
Response from Camelus
Hello Stefan. Thank you for the information, but are you certain it relates to this specific transaction? I sent your package to Norway, not Romania. We entered the VOEC number into the ITMATT system and attached the customs documentation to the package (in a "document enclosed pouch") to ensure the Norwegian customs authorities do not charge you tax and duties a second time (shipments from the European Union to Norway are subject to the VOEC system, not IOSS). Please contact me so we can clarify the situation. Thank you and best regards.
This hobby horse is beautiful and is as described and pictured. Several of my friends thought it was "stunning"! Shipping was quick given the fact that it was international shipping.
