Damaged Items On Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within ASAP and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Send a message along with clear photos of: • The damaged item • The packaging • The shipping label (with your name and address visible) This enables us to assess the issue and contact the printer in your country. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a resolution — this may include a free replacement, refund, or another fair solution depending on the situation.

Custom and personalised orders

We will try our best to service your custom and personalised requests, this may require communication to clarify before processing the order. Processing and shipping can take a little longer, especially during busy times (like Christmas). The dispatch date shown at checkout is your best guide.

All our prints and frames are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your selection before ordering. We do offer refunds or replacements for: • printing or quality issues • rare cases where something went wrong on our side We don’t offer refunds for: • delays caused by the shipping carrier • items damaged in transit (though we will send a free replacement)

Delivery Delays or Late Arrivals

Shipping delays can happen due to couriers or customs - unfortunately, these are out of our hands. We can’t issue refunds unless your parcel is officially marked as lost by the carrier. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed. Around busy periods like holidays, things can take longer. We kindly ask for your patience if your parcel is running late.

Print Quality & Colour Differences

If your item arrives with a printing error or fault, we're happy to offer a free replacement or refund - just message us with the details and include photos. Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to screen calibration differences and does not qualify as a fault or reason for return.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If the order is returned to us, we can re-send it but the customer will be responsible any additional costs (shipping or reprinting if damaged in transit). If the item is with your local post office due to address issues, you'll need to collect it or update the delivery info with your local carrier.

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been printed or shipped. Once the item enters production, we can’t guarantee a cancellation - even if it hasn’t been marked as dispatched yet.

Holiday Shipping & Christmas Orders

Christmas post can be a bit unpredictable! Etsy’s dates don’t take seasonal delays into account, so some orders might arrive a little later than expected. Once your order is with the courier, any extra waiting is sadly out of my hands. If your parcel is running late, please give it a few extra days before getting in touch — replacements for items still on the way often end up causing double deliveries or parcels arriving after the holidays anyway.

All frames are durable pine wood. Premium protection for your premium artwork: 1-2mm thick pexi-glass allows lightweight framing without compromising on protection. Frame Measurements: 20-25mm (0.79"-0.98") thick, 10-14mm (0.4"-0.6") wide. Frames come ready to hang with artwork inserted and includes hanging kit, ready to hang directly on the wall.

Every print uses 200gsm+ premium paper as standard — heavyweight, vibrant, and built to impress. Some regions go even higher, like 260gsm in the UK. No flimsy prints, ever. FSC Certified Materials: Sustainable FSC-certified paper is used for all orders, in addition to recyclable packaging. Satin Finish: Smooth, subtle sheen with minimal glare
