Care Tips: We recommend take your off before you get in the pool, spa or shower. Try to avoid hair chemicals, perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, lotions, cleaning products with bleach and other harsh chemicals. Remove your jewelry when sleeping or exercising. For cleaning we recommend using a soft lint free cloth. Please store in a cool dry place such as the zip bag that is provided with your jewelry. If your jewelry is exposed to any of these conditions rinse it with lukewarm water. For a deeper cleaning place in a bowl with a drop of mild dish soap for about 1 min swish it around then rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft lent free cloth.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER I will always do my best to accommodate any cancellations and updates to your order, but once an order is in production, I can’t always guarantee that changes are possible. However, contact me if you'd like to cancel your order and I'll do our best to help!

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message, A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc.), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.

Orders outside of the United States vary vastly, depending on your location. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if they are held in customs.
