My tips for a premium finish:
Sanding: I sand my 3D prints very finely (approx. 320 grit sanding sponge).
Priming: Then I apply spray filler (e.g., from Presto) and sand the part again. This only needs to be done once to subsequently produce any number of silicone molds without visible filament layers.

Demolding: The inner part of the attachment has a small hole in the center. Cover this with high-quality adhesive tape before pouring the silicone. Once the silicone has cured, remove the tape and you can easily remove the part from the mold using compressed air (e.g., a ball pump).
I'm using two-component silicone with a hardness of 20A. The silicone walls are 4 mm thick, perfect for this type of silicone.
