Can I exchange if the size is wrong?

While I cannot exchange since most items are made-to-order, I can replace defects or bad items if a picture is provided showing the defects within 30 days of the order being placed.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

When an order is marked as shipped, this actually means the order has been sent for processing to the printer. I won’t have a tracking number immediately, but if requested at least 4 days after the order has been placed, I can provide it for you. With that said, stickers and pins do not have tracking numbers because of the method of shipping. Keep in mind that estimated delivery dates are just that--estimations.

I keep the size charts in the photo section, so please review that. The t-shirts are a more trim fit where as the crewneck sweatshirts are a more standard fit.

Do you ship worldwide?

Tees, sweatshirts, hats, and tote bags are indeed shipped worldwide. Stickers and pins, however, are limited due to shipping method. This may change in the future. If you are in a country outside of the US and not finding the ability to order stickers or pins, it is likely for this reason. Feel free to message me for further information on this.

How should I handle washing the tees/sweatshirts?

Most of the items are cotton or cotton-blend garments. Just as you would mind how you wash and dry any of your t-shirts/sweatshirts, do the same with these. These are pre-shrunk. Washing on cold and inside out is encouraged, but overall, customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of their items.

What if I don't receive the package despite the courier saying it was delivered

Sometimes USPS, UPS, etc will mark an item as delivered even when it wasn't. If this happens, I suggest opening a case with the courier. If you need me to provide the tracking number to you again (in case you lost it) let me know and I will share whatever info I have to get that package to you. If they come to the conclusion that they lost the package, they will provide you with an official letter. Please send that letter to me and I will have a new item sent out to you ASAP. You have 30 days from when the order is marked as shipped to contacted me about this issue.

What happens if I accidentally gave you the wrong mailing address?

If you placed an order with the wrong mailing address (a typo, former address, etc), let me know ASAP. I may be able to correct this before the order has been shipped. However, please double check your address as I cannot promise that I will be able to change it beforehand. I ship out orders as fast as possible so that you receive the items earlier than expected. Again, please be sure that you are providing me with the accurate mailing address. I am not responsible for shipping orders out the wrong addresses.

Which items are drop shipped and which are sent directly?

All apparel, hats, and bags are dispatched out to the printer and, since made-to-order, also drop-shipped out by them. These locations vary dependent on the customer's mailing address, as well as specific product creation locations. Stickers and pins are mailed out by me personally unless ordered in bulk.
