Customer service was okay. The seller is having a baby so I get the delay. The print quality of the file without modifying is terrible. The snap on mount breaks off easily. Also the outer plate connection to the watch lense is barely touching. If the build plate is smooth good luck gluing it. Another AI scheme. Move on.

I am a mechanical design engineer with 5 years of experience and I stand behind my work. This product has been printed and used successfully by myself and other customers. Print quality and strength can vary depending on infill, wall count, material, layer height, orientation, and surface preparation. I replied to your questions before the review and also allowed commercial use for physical printed products. If you were unhappy, you could have contacted me directly; I would have helped, improved what I could, or offered a refund. Calling it “AI” is incorrect and unfair.
