1. Custom Requests:
If you would like portraits from different angles or have more complex customization needs, we will first provide a sketch for your confirmation. After approval, major changes such as composition, proportions, or full redraws may require additional charges. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in advance.

2. Custom Sizes:
If you need a size that is not listed, feel free to contact us. We can create watercolor portraits in custom dimensions. For oversized artworks, please reach out before ordering.

3. Revision Policy:
Major composition changes must be discussed before painting begins. Once the artwork is completed, we can only make minor adjustments to colors and small details. Large revisions are not recommended.

4. Font Selection:
A default font will be used for text. If you require a specific font style, please let us know before the painting process begins. Once text is added, it cannot be changed or removed without a full repaint.

⏰ Timeline & Delivery

The standard painting process takes 3-5 business days to complete.
After your final approval, packaging and dispatch require an additional 1-3 business days.

United States: 8–10 business days
International: 10–12 business days

As each watercolor portrait is fully customized and 100% hand-painted, we truly appreciate your timely communication throughout the process. We will first send a sketch for your review, and once the final painting is completed, your feedback helps ensure every detail is just right.

If there is a delay in response, the timeline may be slightly extended to maintain the same level of care and quality.

If we do not hear back within 14 days, we may need to pause or cancel the order. However, your artwork will be safely kept on file, and you are always welcome to return at any time to continue and have it shipped.

🔄 Returns & After-Sales

As each artwork is fully customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the painting has been completed.

We will send you the final artwork for approval before shipping. Once approved, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution, such as a partial refund or replacement.
