✨ SUGGESTION: Get one size larger cups for your drinks. Our smallest cup is 8oz, so for 8oz drinks, use 12oz cups, and for 12oz drinks, use 16oz cups.

✨ HOW TO ORDER OUR CUSTOM WEDDING CAN COOLERS

1. Choose a size from the Frosted Cup Size dropdown.
2. Choose your desired quantity from the Quantity Selection dropdown.
3. In the personalization box, make sure to enter the following:
- Ink color (use the ink color chart for reference)
- Any information required for the design (names, date, etc.)
4. Leave the second quantity dropdown at 1.
5. Check out.

✨ RUSH ORDERS
- Our turn around time is 3-4 weeks. If you need your Frosted Cups sooner, please send us a message.

✨ PROOFS
To receive a digital proof before production, please request it in the order notes at checkout, and we will send it within 24 hours; kindly review and share your feedback within 48 hours, as we will proceed with production as-is if we do not hear back within that timeframe to avoid any delays.

✨ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you decide to cancel your order after we’ve provided the mockup (but before approval), a $25 fee per pet drawing (or custom illustration) will be deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the time and care our artists have already invested in creating your personalized design. We truly appreciate your understanding as each piece is handcrafted with love.

Due to the nature of Customized Frosted Cups, they are non-refundable as they are specifically tailored to individual preferences.

In accordance with industry standards, if the quantity of missing or defective items represents less than 10% of the total order volume, we reserve the right to issue a proportional refund or store credit for those items instead of producing replacement products. As such, replacement orders will not be provided for missing or defective items when the affected quantity is less than 10% of the total order.

While we strive to match your digital mockup as closely as possible, please note that mockups are representations and not exact guarantees of the final product. We cannot be held responsible if the color you see differs from the actual item.
