Can I see a Preview/Proof before the final version is sent?

Yes, we will send you the preview once it is ready, and If anything needs to be changed we can change it for you. If nothing needs to be changed, that file becomes the final version for you automatically. After that, we will send the Digital File through Etsy conversation or your email!

Is it possible to change the size of the pets/humans?

Absolutely yes, we can change the size of the pets or humans in the design. Please specify the desired size in terms of the pets' relative height when seated next to each other (E.g., "the pet's head is above/below her shoulder/head height"). Make sure to include this information in the personalization box or send us a message!

Is it possible to change the color of the pets?

Absolutely yes, we can change the color of the pets and it would be best If you could send us the photo of your pet!

Where to print the Digital File?

Here are some printing tips for you, hope this will help :) - Print from your home printer, using a heavyweight, matte photo paper or card stock. - Print at your local print shop or upload to an online printing service. You may choose a thick matte paper, or canvas. Some suggestions: - In the U.S.: Walmart, Staples, FedEx Kinko's, Walgreen's, Target, Costco, CVS, Shutterfly.

If you choose Digital File in your order detail, we will not ship any physical product to your address. Digital File is a design file with very high resolution that you can use to print at the local print shop or Walmart, Staples...

Can I return my item (Or cancel order)?

Since all our products are highly customizable and made to order, unfortunately I cannot accept returns. We always send proof before shipping to make sure everything is perfect and it is only shipped when we receive the approval from the customer :) Yes! You can cancel your order but only within the first 4 hours after the order was placed. After 4 hours the order cannot be canceled since the artwork is already in the works. If you still would like to cancel the order after 4 hours we can cancel it but no refund will be provided!

I missed your Etsy messages asking for my approval for the artwork I ordered. Now the artwork was shipped

We will send multiple Etsy messages in order to get your approval. We want to make sure you get exactly what you approved. This is the only way we can ensure you get a top quality service and product. If your response is not received 3 business days after the last message we sent, we will proceed with the shipping of the artwork(based on the custom detail in your order). If there are any mistakes from us, we will send a replacement. If you have any changes left we can absolutely do them but the customer will cover the new shipping costs!
