To embroider any of these positions, please place your order and indicate your preferences in the 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐱 or via an 𝐄𝐭𝐬𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞. You can select the embroidery thread color and embroidery icon, and if a specific color or icon is not available, you can send it to us through a message.

𝑵𝑶𝑻𝑬𝑺 𝑾𝑯𝑬𝑵 𝑷𝑼𝑹𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑺𝑰𝑵𝑮:
🎈 For custom products, ensure clear and sharp images or follow the provided image instructions.
🎈 If we have already created a design but you wish to change it to another design, an additional fee of $5 will apply.
🎈 In the event that you decide to cancel your order after we have created a design, a partial refund of 70% of the total order will be issued.
🎈 We accept order cancellations within a 6-hour window from the time of purchase.

🌼 We accept resend or refund for wrong embroidery, embroidery errors, and wrong sizes caused by our store.
🌼 In case of missing parts in the embroidery order or incorrect shirt design, a refund of 10% to 50% will be provided.
🌼 If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us or lost in transit, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
