How to wear Ollijewelry earrings?

All Ollijewelry earrings are handcrafted with polymer clay and must be handled with care. Don't try to bend them or Do not allow anything heavy to sit on the earring. All Ollijewelry earrings are waterproof. You can wear them all day, no need to take them off when you take a shower. Be careful with a swimming pool, a glossy top coat may react with chlorine.

I've lost my earrings backs, what I can do?

I provide 2 types of earrings backs with every pair you purchase. To be sure your earrings are secure, please attach metal backs and then rubber backs. This way changes to lose your earrings will be minimal. You can always contact me and I'll send you additional backs with your next order.

Can I order only one earring? (not a pair)

I would like to return my purchase

We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. However, if one breaks due to a flaw in the design, we will send a replacement if it’s within two weeks of your purchase date. Please follow the earring care information for instructions on how to care for your earrings to ensure breaks are limited. We will not replace or refund items that have not been cared for or stored correctly. We will also not accept replacement or refund requests for items more than 6 months old.

If you have the unfortunate experience of your earrings breaking please contact us straight away via email with a photo of the jewellery and we can discuss a solution.

Will I have to pay tariffs or extra fees when ordering from the U.S.?
