MAKE IT PERSONAL

Add a name to your handmade sea friend for an extra €15. Choose one of these three finishes:

• Felt heart with name: your chosen name is hand-embroidered onto a felt heart, which is then sewn onto the plush. Choose the heart colour using the numbered samples in the listing photos.

• Gold cord name: your chosen name is formed with golden cord and sewn directly onto the plush. Maximum 9 letters.

• Chenille yarn name: your chosen name is formed with soft, textured chenille yarn and sewn directly onto the plush. Maximum 9 letters. Choose the yarn colour using the lettered samples in the listing photos.

HOW TO ORDER

Enter the name in “Add a personalized name”. This adds the €15 personalisation charge.

Select your preferred finish under “Personalization style”.

For a felt heart, select your heart colour number. For chenille, select your yarn colour letter. You can also choose “Choose for me” and I’ll select a colour that complements your plush. Leave the colour field for the other method blank.

Please check the spelling carefully and enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear. If you are unsure whether your name will fit your preferred style, please message me before ordering.

Prefer your plush without a name? Select “No personalization” and leave the name and colour fields blank.

Each personalisation is made by hand, so small variations in lettering and placement are part of its handmade character.

CUSTOM ORDERS & RESERVATIONS

I’m always happy to adapt a plush when possible. If you would like to change a fabric, colour, size, detail, eyes, nose or personalization, please send me a message before ordering. I usually reply within 24 hours.

Personalized items, custom-made items and reservation payments are not refundable once the order has been confirmed, materials have been reserved, or work has begun. This is because they are made especially for you and cannot be resold in the same way as a standard item.

MATERIALS & SAFETY DETAILS

Each piece is my own design, handmade in Spain with carefully chosen European fabrics.

I work in a 100% smoke-free environment, without the use of harmful chemical products or strong artificial fragrances.

All fabrics are kept free from fabric softeners. This helps respect more sensitive skin and avoids the unnecessary use of substances that may act as potential endocrine disruptors.

Because each item is handmade one by one, small variations in fabric placement, stitching or expression may appear. These little differences are part of the handmade nature of the piece.

Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.

If this plush includes plastic safety eyes or a plastic safety nose, these parts are certified according to European safety standards. If you prefer, plastic eyes or noses can usually be replaced with fabric or embroidery. Please contact me before ordering so we can choose the best option for your plush.

Please always choose the safest version for the age and use intended. For babies or very young children, embroidered or fabric eyes can be requested before ordering.

CARE

This item is washable. Hand washing is recommended to help preserve its original shape, texture and handmade details.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are shipped from Spain with Correos, the Spanish postal service, with tracking and parcel protection.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Spain: a few days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
USA: usually around 2-3 weeks, although rare delays may happen
Canada, Australia and other destinations: 2 weeks-2 months depending on customs and local postal services

Processing times may occasionally vary by up to 1-2 days because my shipping days depend on the weekly parcel collection schedule available to my small studio. If your order is urgent, please message me before purchasing and I will do my best to take it into account.

USA ORDERS

Orders shipped to the USA are sent DDP whenever available/required, meaning duties and tariff costs are handled in advance for a smoother delivery experience. My aim is that US customers do not receive unexpected tariff charges on delivery.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

For international orders outside the DDP system, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges applied by their country.

If an order is returned to me because customs fees, import taxes or delivery charges were unpaid, any shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees or other expenses charged to me will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

RETURNS

Standard, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and returned in their original condition.

The buyer is responsible for all return costs, including return shipping, customs fees, import/export charges, handling fees and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Please contact me before sending anything back so I can give you the correct return instructions.
