If you need a specific size for your space, please feel free to message us. We will be happy to create a custom rug for you. All rugs are handmade, so slight size variations (1–2 inches) may occur.

To keep your rug looking beautiful for years, please follow these care instructions: • Vacuum regularly on low suction to remove dust and dirt. • Avoid direct sunlight for long periods to prevent color fading. • In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean dry cloth. Do not rub the stain. • Professional cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning. • Rotate the rug occasionally for even wear. As our rugs are handmade using natural fibers, slight shedding in the beginning is normal and will reduce with regular vacuuming.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We carefully pack our rugs to ensure they arrive safely. Each rug is neatly rolled, wrapped in protective plastic, and packed in strong outer packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. Gift wrapping is available upon request. If you would like your order to be gift wrapped or include a personalized message, please mention it at checkout or send us a message.
