I take great care in packing all fragile vintage china so it arrives safely to your home. Each piece is: Individually wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap or foam sheets Secured with extra padding around delicate handles, lids, and edges Placed in a sturdy cardboard box with plenty of cushioning (packing paper, peanuts, or air pillows) to prevent movement Double-boxed for extra protection when needed (especially for teapots and sets) Sealed and labeled “Fragile” to ensure careful handling in transit I also do my best to use eco-friendly packing materials where possible, while still keeping your item safe.

How do you package fragile tea sets for shipping?

Each piece is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, cushioned with packing materials, and shipped in a sturdy box. I double-box larger or extra delicate items to ensure they arrive safely. Your order will be labeled “Fragile” and packed with the same care I’d use for my own collection.

Can I send this tea set as a wedding or anniversary gift?

Absolutely! Many of my customers purchase these vintage sets as meaningful gifts. I’m happy to: Wrap the item in tissue or gift paper and secure it carefully for safe shipping Include a personalized gift note (just leave your message at checkout) Ship directly to the recipient’s address, so it arrives ready to surprise them Every order is packed with care to ensure it’s both beautifully presented and safely protected during transit.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you suspect damage to your shipment, please contact us right away before leaving a review so we can assist you. All shipments are insured. To process an insurance claim, photo documentation is required, including: • Photos of the box before opening (especially if damaged) • Photos during unpacking showing packing materials • Photos of the item and any damage Unfortunately, reimbursements cannot be issued without the required photos. Once documentation is received, we are happy to help facilitate a claim and resolution.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders require a shipping deposit to ensure safe, insured delivery of fragile vintage items. Once your order ships, any difference between the deposit and the actual shipping cost will be refunded promptly. Please note that customs authorities may open packages for inspection. While items are packed with great care, re-packing by customs may not meet protective standards and can occasionally result in damage. All international shipments are insured, and we are happy to assist with claims if needed.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

For security and shipping accuracy, addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. If an incorrect address was entered, please request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct address. This protects both buyer and seller under Etsy’s shipping and insurance policies.

Are the photos accurate? Will I receive the exact item shown?

Yes. All photos in our listings show the exact item you will receive. We do not use filters or alter images. Lighting may be adjusted only to clearly show details. We provide multiple photos and, when applicable, video so buyers can review condition carefully prior to purchase. Any chips, cracks, repairs, or significant wear are always disclosed.

What if the item doesn’t meet my expectations?

If an item does not meet your personal expectations, please contact us directly. We offer a 14-day return policy. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
