Assembly and delivery:
• Background velvet will be selected based on primary color of the needlepoint item that I receive. If you’d like a specific fabric for your backing I can use most provided fabrics (please message me first).
• if “match to design” option is selected, I will match the cord to your design with a 2-3 color cording
• Please do not cut, fold or modify the canvases, as I need the entire canvas in tact to complete the process. I recommend shipping in a flat envelope to avoid any damage to the canvas when shipping.
• if your canvas is not able to be finished due to the condition it was sent to me in, I will issue you a full refund (minus shipping) and send your canvas back to you
• if you are submitting multiple orders at once, please add in the comments which cording goes for which canvas, i.e. “heart canvas - pink cord”
• if you need something rush shipped please message me and I will do my best to help you with your deadline.
• instructions to ship finished needlepoint canvases will be messaged to you after your purchase
