ABOUT OUR PRINTS
All designs are created using DTF (Direct to Film) printing.
This method applies high-quality, long-lasting prints to fabric using a heat-press process.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Carefully review all listing details before ordering.
2. Select your shirt type and size from the dropdown menu.
3. Choose your shirt color from the following dropdown.
4. If needed, enter the correct design information in the personalization box as indicated in the listing photos.
5. Want more items? Add this one to your cart, then go back and repeat steps 1–4.
6. Once everything is in your cart, proceed to checkout with your payment method, shipping address, and shipping option.

T-Shirt Material:
● 6.1 oz./yd², 100% ring-spun cotton
● Garment-dyed for a lived-in feel with minimal shrinkage
● Soft, ring-spun cotton with 100% cotton threads
● Relaxed fit
● Top-stitched classic rib collar
● Shoulder-to-shoulder twill tape
● Signature twill label

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash inside out with cold water
Do not bleach or dry clean
Do not iron directly on the design

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items are made-to-order. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
● Processing time is currently 3 business days.
● We work with multiple shirt brands; the brand you receive may differ from the display photos. Colors may vary slightly due to screen and lighting differences.
● Because each item is made per order, refunds and exchanges are not available. Please double-check size, color, and design selection.
● For design changes not shown in the listing, message us first to confirm availability. Unauthorized requests will not be applied.
● If the wrong address is provided, contact us within 24 hours. Changes can only be made if production has not begun.
● Not all colors are available for Youth/Toddler/Onesies. Please check the color charts before ordering.

UPGRADES
● Backside Print Fee: Required for any additional back print (per item).
● 3XL Upgrade: Available in a separate listing—include design title in personalization.
● Shipping Upgrade: Needed if you want to upgrade shipping or if a new label is required for returned/wrong-address packages.
● Custom Fee: For custom designs, message us first for approval, then add the custom fee in the same order.
● Use the “Add Message to Seller” section before checkout if needed. You can also contact us via the “Contact Seller” button.

HOLIDAY ORDERS

(Thanksgiving, Christmas, Halloween)
● Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons. Ordering early is recommended.
● Shipped via USPS or UPS.
● Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production time.
● Expedited shipping affects delivery time only, not production time.
● We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once shipped.
● If marked delivered, we cannot resend a replacement. Please contact your local post office or Etsy Support.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
● Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
● These charges are NOT included in the item or shipping price.
● Once the package leaves the US, tracking will update through your local carrier.
