If you are not sure of your size check out the size chart on the front page.
In selecting options of crown depth, bill length, fabrics, etc. I need you to email me details.
The options site will allow only one choice and caps come with multiple choices how you want your cap made.

If no style is requested the standard cap I send will be Short crown 14" with a Medium #2 bill and lightweight reversible lining.

Fabric is 100% cotton and pre-shrunk.
Some fabrics will shrink 1/8" more in a HOT dryer.

There are 3 types of the bill.... Width (where sewn into the cap) and Depth
#1--SHORT is 9" wide and 2" deep
#2--MEDIUM is7 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" deep
#3-- LONG is 5 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" deep
#4--BALL CAP STYLE BILL--8" wide and 2 1/2" deep.

Crowns can be made long to cover ears 15"- 16 " or regular 13"- 14".
I've included a picture of how to measure the crown depth of a cap of yours if you want to.

Various styles of your choice, Reversible-- lined in lightweight cotton or a light weight canvas type, Flannel or no Lining -- Single Layer.

If you cap doesn't fit please return it with instructions on how I can make it fit.
