» In the rare/unexpected event that I run out of black stainless Polyfix screws (these are not easy to source...), I will send silver stainless Polyfix screws from my reserve stock so you don't have to wait. I'll message you to let you know, and give you the option to receive black ones at a later date.
» Every now and then, I've found that Ridgid ships a container which has excessive "flashing" from the the injection-molding process that hasn't been removed during the manufacturing process. This may make it seem like the hooks won't fit or seat properly, and you may not even notice why without looking closely. The flashing can be very easily removed with a standard woodworking chisel (<1/2" wide) or even an Olfa/Xacto type of knife. Just let me know if you experience this and I'll help you through it if needed. As far as I know, I'm the only unlucky one to run into this so far (2 out of my 20+ boxes).
