Can I cancel an order if I changed my mind?

We are more than happy to cancel your item so long as you do so within a few hours of purchase. Once your item has entered its production phase a cancellation is no longer accepted.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, however, exceptions can be made. Manufacturing errors and physical damage upon arrival are both valid reasons for refunds. If this is the case, please send pictures of the damages, and we will be more than happy to help you get started on replacing your items or getting your money back!

Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the desk mat, as they can damage the surface. - Do not fold or crease the desk mat - These care instructions should help users maintain the quality and longevity of their mouse pad and desk mat, ensuring they remain effective and aesthetically pleasing.

When will my item arrive and can I track my order?

We send orders to our production partners several hours after you place your order. Most items are usually completed within 3-5 business days, and then it's shipped. The amount of time it will take for the shipment to reach you from there depends on where you live. Once your item ships, you'll be given tracking information that includes an estimated delivery date. Once your order has shipped, it can take up to three business days for the tracking info to be updated. If you want further updates on your order after it has shipped, please reach out to the shipping company with the provided tracking number.
