To help keep shipping costs affordable, Standard Shipping is mailed the same way you would send a greeting card with a postage stamp. Because of this, Standard Shipping does not include tracking, and once your order has been mailed, its location cannot be monitored. While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional USPS delays may occur.

If you’d like to track your package from the moment it ships until it arrives, we recommend upgrading to USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Both options include tracking for added peace of mind.
