Custom pieces are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned unless there is a clear making fault.

We offer US, UK, and EU sizes, and we can also guide you if you have wide feet, narrow feet, a high instep, or any special fitting concern. For the best result, please share your foot length and width before placing an order, especially for custom footwear. If you are unsure about your size, message us first. We would rather help you choose carefully than let you order the wrong size.
