The necklace looks beautiful in the photos, which is why I purchased it. Unfortunately, when worn, the small connector above the initial pendant rotates constantly during normal movement. Because it has pavé stones on only one side, it frequently turns around, showing the plain back and causing the initial pendant to sit crooked instead of hanging straight. I contacted customer service and provided videos, but I felt my concern was not properly addressed. The issue is not that the pendant flips when moved intentionally, but that it continuously rotates during normal wear, making it difficult for the necklace to stay correctly positioned. A beautiful design in theory, but disappointing in execution. I had hoped to purchase more pieces from this brand, but after this experience I will not be ordering again.
