Some of our orders are sent from our different production points. We ship all of our US orders from the USA, EU orders from Germany and the Czech Republic, Australian orders from Australia and finally UK orders from the UK. Thus, your orders are produced and sent to you at a point closest to you. This way, it will be delivered to you faster and you won't have to waste time with extra customs clearance and fees.

All items are professionally folded and carefully placed in self-sealing poly mailers with a UV protective coating on the inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box.

Machine wash: warm (max. 40C or 105F); Chlorine-free: Bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Do not iron; Do not dry clean.
