Do you ship internationally?

At this point, we only ship within the U.S.A. If you live outside the U.S. and you are a motivated buyer who really, really, really needs something from our store, please contact us and we'll figure out how to ship it to you.

Shipping costs and shipping policies

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with extra insurance coverage for items over $100 is our preferred shipping option. An extra $2.90 signature confirmation fee may apply if the shipping address is a business, not private residence.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes. Our store policy is to always combine shipping whenever possible. If you placed multiple orders and was charged a shipping fee for each separate item, we'll reimburse you the difference between what you paid and the actual shipping cost. You do not need to send us a special request to get your money back. We'll reimburse you during the shipping confirmation notification.

Condition of vintage items

We try to provide as much detail about the condition of an item as possible. We are happy to answer any specific questions that you have about the condition of an item you consider purchasing.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or not delivered?

We usually ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance coverage. If you did not get you package, let us know. We'll contact the post office with a request to investigate. Please, verify your contact info (address, email, phone number) to provide it to the postmaster. Meanwhile, check with your relatives and neighbors for the missing package. We'll refund the total amount (price + shipping) in 60 days. The 2 month slack time is given to a post office to complete investigation and either deliver the package or officially acknowledge it as lost. We are not responsible for stolen packages. We report suspicious activities.

Can I cancel my order?

Our shop policy is NOT to accept order cancellations. If you accidentally checked out with an item that you did not intend to buy, please contact us immediately. We ship fast (sometimes as soon as an hour later after the order was placed). Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we can't cancel your order. To avoid unnecessary cancellations and frustration, we ask our buyers to be responsible and not place an item in your cart if you haven't decided yet if you want to buy this item. Instead, favorite this item and check it back as often as you need to make up your mind. We are a patient shop. If you need to ask 100 questions before you make a decision to buy an item, please do it. We'll be happy to answer your questions.

Do you accept offers?

We are open to dealing. Here are some rules to follow: 1. Only the listing price is negotiable. Shipping and sales tax (if applicable) are non-negotiable. 2. Several buyers and the seller may submit multiple offers and counter offers for a listed item until a mutually acceptable price is reached. 3. Purchase by any party at full listed price cancels all offers and counter offers. 4. Once offer is accepted, the seller reserves the listing for the buyer at the negotiated price. Buyer has 48 hours to complete the transaction. Non-payment within 48 hours cancels the agreement between the parties. 5. Use of unethical and unlawful negotiation techniques is prohibited and cancels negotiations. 6. There is a reserve price.

Monetary refunds are offered only to original buyers. Gift recipients with a gift receipt may return an item for a store credit for the amount of the item cost (excluding shipping and holiday wrap charges). To get a credit: 1. Please, contact us by email and send us a photo of the gift receipt. 2. After we approve a store credit, please ship the item to the provided address. 3. Once the item is received in good condition, we'll mail a personalized one time use coupon code which is good as long as we do business on Etsy, The code can be used only once. 4. Unused full amount store credit is transferable and can be applied for one 3rd party purchase upon verification with the original recipient of the coupon code. Partial credit is void.

We are happy to include a free gift note with your purchase. Anonymous, unsigned gift notes will not be included. Orders with unsigned notes can be cancelled by the seller.

What to Do If the Item Got Broken During Shipping?

All our packages are insured to protect your and our interests. You'll get a full refund but we need your cooperation. Once you found out the item is broken, please: 1. Take a picture of the broken item that clearly shows the damage. 2. Take a picture of the item in packing material and the box it was delivered in. 3. Take a picture of the shipping label that clearly shows your address. 4. Email those pictures to us ASAP. 5. DO NOT ship the broken item back. 6. Keep the box and packaging material for possible USPS inspection. 7. If USPS wants to inspect the package, request box pick up by your post office for inspection, file a claim if needed, and email this information to us. We'll refund once all information is provided.
