Custom and personalised orders

Yes! All our designs can be custom-made just for you. We’re happy to adjust any details you like — size, length, color, or other preferences. Just send us a message before ordering, and we’ll create your perfect piece together.

FOX FUR : if the fur appears flattened after shipping, gently shake it out, smooth with clean, slightly damp hands, and finish with a hairdryer on a cool setting to restore its natural softness and volume. Always keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight. SHEARLING& LEATHER If the surface looks slightly creased after unpacking, allow it to hang naturally at room temperature to relax. For dark tones, nourish every 3–4 months with a light application of pure Vaseline. Avoid on light shades to prevent staining. Never iron leather; always seek professional care. CASHMERE: If slightly creased after unpacking, steam or iron on a low heat setting with a protective cloth. Keep fur trims away from heat unless detachable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our products are securely packaged in a box, and we can include a small surprise gift as a token of appreciation for your purchase 🤍. Please let us know if you have preferences for gift wrapping, cards, or special packaging – we’ll be happy to customize it for you.

Returns and customs duties

📦 Please Note: In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any import customs duties incurred when re-importing the item to Pakistan.

Are large sizes available?

📌 Please Note: Sizes larger than 3XL are not kept in stock. However, since we are the producers, we can custom-tailor any size just for you. Simply let us know your measurements, and we’ll be happy to create a perfect fit! 🧵✨

Where is the product shipped from?

📦 Please Note! All orders are shipped from Pakistan, where our production is based. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 🚀 To ensure faster and safer delivery, we use a special shipping service. The delivery company collects all packages in Pakistan, ships them in bulk to a warehouse in the USA, and then hands them over to USPS for final delivery. This is why your tracking or package may show a USA address—it’s part of the logistics process. ❌ Please note: This shipping company does not process returns
