How long does shipping usually take?

Once your order is shipped, typical delivery times are: Europe: 10–12 business days United States: 2–4 weeks Australia, Canada, Asia: 5–7 weeks

What happens if my parcel is lost?

Once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for lost or partly lost packages. However, I’ll do my best to assist you if any issues arise. If your parcel is lost, My post company may take 60–70 days to process a lost parcel claim. If the parcel is not found within this period, my postal service will most likely issue compensation and if it won't, then I will issue a refund. Additionally, Etsy covers lost parcels up to $250. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund the price of the item (excluding the original shipping cost).
