My parcel is showing as shipped but still hasn’t arrived, where is it?

All my international items are sent via Royal Mail International Standard unless the tracked shipping option was chosen. Royal Mail states this post takes 6-7 business days which is what is reflected in the Etsy estimated arrival date, but in my experience, most buyers tend to get their item within 2 weeks but it can unfortunately sometimes take up to 4 weeks if there are any delays along the way. Unfortunately if tracked shipping was not paid for I can not offer any extra information other than this on the whereabouts of the parcel. If it has however been 4 weeks or more and you still haven’t received your parcel do please let me know and I will be happy to get a replacement sorted for you.

My tracking number doesn't seem to be working.

If you did not pay extra for tracked shipping you may be finding that Etsy has auto-filled the tracking number for your parcel that only tracks the parcel collection from my address. If you did pay for tracked shipping and the tracking does not seem to be working please drop me a message and I can try to look into what's happened!
