Is this a physical product?

No. All products in the PixelPopsicles shop are digital downloads unless a listing specifically states otherwise. No physical product will be shipped to you. After purchase, you will receive access to the digital files described in the individual listing.

How will I receive my files?

For larger clipart collections, Etsy will provide a PDF download after your purchase. Open the PDF and follow the included link to access your full collection through Google Drive. Please keep the PDF for future reference, as it contains the link to your purchased files.

Can I use the files with Canva, Cricut, Silhouette or other software?

Yes. PNG and JPG files can generally be used with Canva, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio and many other design applications that support these file formats. Please make sure your software supports the included file type before purchasing. PixelPopsicles cannot guarantee compatibility with every software version, device, printer or third-party application.

Can I use PixelPopsicles artwork commercially?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes a Standard Commercial License. You may use the artwork to create finished products for sale, including physical products, within the license limits. The Standard Commercial License covers up to 1,000 finished physical products using the purchased artwork. Copyright and ownership of the original artwork remain with PixelPopsicles.

Can I use the artwork for Print on Demand?

Yes. Print on Demand use is permitted for finished products within the Standard Commercial License limits. You may create products such as shirts, mugs, tote bags, cards, notebooks and similar finished items. The original artwork may not be offered to customers as downloadable, editable or reusable clipart.

Can I sell digital products made with the artwork?

Yes, but the artwork must be incorporated into a new and finished design. Your customer must not be able to extract or reuse the original PixelPopsicles artwork as standalone clipart. You may create finished digital products such as invitations, cards, planners, worksheets or similar original compositions. Simply resizing, recoloring, adding text or placing the artwork on a plain background does not create a new digital asset.

You may not resell, share, redistribute or give away the original PixelPopsicles files. You may not sell the artwork as standalone PNG, JPG, clipart, digital graphics or as part of another clipart or digital asset bundle. You may not upload the original files to stock, file-sharing or digital-download platforms, claim the artwork as your own, sublicense it, or create products that allow customers to extract and reuse the original artwork.

What if I need to sell more than 1,000 products?

The included Standard Commercial License covers up to 1,000 finished physical products. If you plan to exceed this limit, please contact PixelPopsicles before producing additional items to discuss an Extended Commercial License.

What if I have a download problem or need a refund?

For large collections delivered through Google Drive, downloading from a desktop or laptop is usually easier than using a mobile device. If you experience a problem, please contact me through Etsy Messages and include the product name, a short description of the issue and a screenshot if possible. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, cancellations, returns and exchanges are generally not available after files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. If you received the wrong files, a file is damaged or there is a genuine technical problem, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it.

Can I use the artwork for personal projects?

Yes. You may use PixelPopsicles artwork for your own personal creative projects, including invitations, cards, scrapbooking, crafts, decorations, gifts and other personal-use designs. You may modify the artwork for your own personal projects.
