Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom orders. Work starts after 100% payment is made. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete depending on the current queue. All details are agreed with the customer individually.

Please remember, that all hand-made items are quite delicate. Polymer clay is a fairly strong material but it is not indestructible: AVOID contact with dissolvents, spirit-based solutions and long contact with water - don't wear your jewelry in the shower, when swimming etc. Please handle with care and treat this as you would with fine piece of art jewelry :)

• Items are wrapped, and protected for shipment. All the pieces are shipped from Poland. All packages are shipped with registered priority mail (a registered letter or a parcel), which includes tracking number (some countries no longer offer tracking for registered mail). IMPORTANT: • I don't have responsibility for wrong written addresses. Check your shipping address on etsy while placing an order. • I am not responsible for undelivered parcels and parcels not claimed at the post office. • I'm not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services. • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping and Delivery

It takes 2-4 working days for your items to be packed and shipped - for already made items. For items made to order - check the listing details. • All the pieces are shipped from Poland. All packages are shipped with registered priority mail (a registered letter or a parcel) which includes tracking (some countries no longer offer tracking for registered mail). • Please note the delivery time may vary in different countries for many different reasons and I'm not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services. Usually the parcel leaves Poland within 3 business days and it takes about 10-20 days to deliver to european countries, 14-30 days for other locations. I have no influence on the delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges (EU)

If you are not satisfied with my items for any reason, please contact me with the problem first. • Contact me and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Only unworn jewellery, properly protected for the shipping, can be returned. • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. After receiving an item I will refund your payment or send a new product (in case of an exchange). • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders. • I do not accept complaints/returns related to mechanical damage caused by misuse.
